I have been waiting for a response to my support ticket for well over a month now. I tried to be patient but was finally able to find this forum. It was a relief because I saw there was actually something being done.

i made several attempts at making the same transaction but i believe the one I listed below was the one that went through. If it was shorted or timed out please let me know what action to take.
