It's mentioned in our deposit page and FAQ that you must wait for 1 confirmation. In fact your deposit was lately automatically credited to your CWM account.
We ignore such messages for this reason.


Xapo deposits and payments are definitely OK, however: Xapo puts a fee on receiving transactions, so many of the free users who have withdrawn 100,000 satoshis + 50,000 satoshis fee ended up receiving 0 bitcoins in their Xapo wallets because they deducted them another 50,000 satoshis.
This has nothing to do with ClaimWithMe and we are not responsibile of third party wallets mistakes, bugs, fees etc.
As long as you see your transaction in any Bitcoin block explorer (e.g. blockchain.info) then your transaction was perfectly sent by CWM.
Complaints are welcome and reviewed by our technical department as soon as possible in case of issues on our side.

PS: the same goes for those who say "payment not instant / not received" but the truth is that those users don't even how blockchain works since the transactions are received as "unconfirmed" (pending in some wallets) when received.
