Ok, once I sign up for your service and participate in an ICO through your web site, how do I claim my tokens? I ask because I participated in Civic through your web site, and it work exceptionally well especially give the log jam that surrounded that ICO. Now CIV tokens are being traded on exchanges. How to I claim my token from ICOBazzar?
I looked around the site and didn't find any guidance. I sent a request in through the web site a few days ago and have not herd back. I guess likely everyone in this space over the last few month you guys are buried with requests...

First of all, thanks for using our platform and the kind words. We really appreciate your patience. Civic tokens (CVC) are in fact not yet being traded on exchanges, they still haven't been deployed. Once they're deployed you'll be able to withdraw them from our site. At that time you'll also get an email from us with step-by-step instructions for how to withdraw. You'll also see a 'Withdraw' button near your CVC in your ICObazaar account
