I received this email from their eBay account when sending them a question:
Dear Ebay Customers,
We have fallen behind on our normal standards for service and will be taking time off to get ourselves ready to sell and offer great customer service again. All orders placed prior to June 26th will still be processed for shipping. We have put a pause on all sales until July 3st.
Thank you.
It's wonderful that they are giving an honest answer through Ebay platform, where there are standards they need to meet if they ever want to be able to keep selling through Ebay in the future. It's not so wonderful that they are not holding the same standard ordering through their own website, which still shows a lot of the items in stock right this moment. I guess they want to offer great customer service through Ebay only.
Funny thing, I've received a Fedex tracking number for my order from two weeks ago, AFTER asking them to cancel the order. I've already sourced the PSUs elsewhere, and I'm %100 sure the Fedex will not ship for a good while. In times like these the true face of a company shows itself, dependable or shady... It's almost like those Chinese sellers in Ebay, that claim that the PCIe risers are shipping from California, but it will just take another week or two more time than the initial estimate, just because... Honesty is hard to find when there is this much demand, but when the dust settles, they will be begging for customers...
