I dont think because of the recent volatility that has happened to bitcoin will now necessitate the dumping of bitcoin for another currency and aside that, I believe that in gambling the currency of choice does not matter as it is the multiplying effect of whatever is put in that one gets in return and the volatility is just a function of conversion as my 0.01 btc  is still the same thing whether equivalent is 20$ or 30$.
