For whatever reason the attachment is showing well on one explorer and not currently on the other one, I do not know.
Please can you just sort it out?

As I said, this transaction contains an incorrect attachment. The wavesexplorer shows it in the BASE58 encoded form. If you decode it, then you will see a wrong attachment - 9üª¶ÔnüLú
Just check your attachment (a5c6dc32bd567dd3) here - https://www.browserling.com/tools/base58-decode
And check any other transactions
For example - http://wavesexplorer.com/tx/DfxxYGpM6fUcN4Ps5NsrqQFpqCim7AiLhztFCJfaYUe9 with 7xt5kPAnL54wHPv2aQVBSZ attachment.
