FYI for Kaspersky Antivirus Users.
Zeitcoin uses IRC code to find new peers, Kaspersky is messing up and flagging the zeitcoin-qt.exe because of that code.
We have already contact Kaspersky and told them it is a False positive , so they should be correcting their mistake in the next few days.
Until then ,Kaspersky users should open kaspersky , go under settings, additional, Threats and exclusions, Manage Exclusions , and ADD Zeitcoin-qt.exe to the exclusion list.
If Kaspersky remove your Zeitcoin-qt.exe file, pause kaspersky AV, redownload the Zeitcoin-qt.exe and exclude it , then restart Kaspersky.

All the Exchanges that carry ZEIT, have been informed of the Hard Fork on August 11,2017.
Before sending coins from or to the exchanges , check the wallet status, as the exchanges may place the wallets in Maintenance for extended periods before they install it on their systems.
