In fact there is Bitcoin viruses. Or at least I can think they can be called that way. There is two. The first one is the copy-paster changer, putting hacker's address when you copy-paste the address into your wallet. And the virus that send your bitcoins to the hacker address automatically.

Yes, the copy and paste virus wherein if you copy a bitcoin address but once you paste to your sending address, it will changed.

I've just acquired the domain name BitcoinVirus.com. I didn't think there was such a thing, but the term seems to be being used to describe the ransomeware viruses that are demanding Bitcoin payments. Is this the case? or is there such a thing as a real Bitcoin virus?

At least put the domain in good used. Educate people about the virus like copy and paste or even the WannaCry and Petya if I'm not mistaken. Tell him how not get hijack by this virus. Goodluck to you mate.
