For 6 1080Ti you will need 1250 -1500 Watt which means 10A in USA - so $180 not good
Try to find " trash DC" in Ukraine or China with $0.06 - $0.05 per kwt , I can ask friend to add you rig ti his farm, if you really need reasonable price
