From his method in 'google doc' i can say he's trying to collect people data such as passport,email and etc.he might be trying to get refferals or most likely he created a new company (if you guys ever encounter a travel company which is seeking for costumer data such as passport,etc) for their marketing.after you finish it,they will send you a lot of message via email.i knew it because i have an experience in this cases.not only once but many times (feels like a dummy fall for same trick )

If you guys read it,i prefer to avoid this kind of services in the future.because it was to good to be true and in fact we already know about it but because our greed for money we're always fall for this kind  of tricks.
