the last gpu from amd have their hashrate cut of 30%, not that good anymore, nvidia is better now with the new clymore build that do 25Mh with a 1060, perhaps you are talking about new professional vega amd gpu? this gpu maybe are good but need farther testing
I think nVidia 1070 will be much better in terms of ROI than the 580.
