A quick way to determine profitability is to take network speed and divide it by coins per block. Will give u hashrate to get 1 coin per block .. from there u can figure out the rest.. I am not sure if I want to put all the math out there. I can say that at 57 gh network. 1 mh will earn ~ 7k sat per day
