Thanks for the quick response, but how do i locate the DeepOnion.conf file? It is only the DeepOnion-qt.exe that i can see in ZIP file i downloaded from deeponion.org (i use Windows 7 Ultimate service pack 1 )

You need to create this file and place within DeepOnion folder which can be found in Appdatamy wallet is not syncing....how do i get it working?

If you use windows you need to be able to see files and make sure these settings are on see the image
Otherwise you may not be able to see AppData folder and .conf extension name
