Does anyone have any real data on the Escrow wallets?  If you look at the "richlist" it shows at least 62 different wallets with more than ten million PROC in them each.  Seems awfully spread out but maybe there is a reason?  Is there?  Thats the weird thing about pre-mining.  I just get concerned when the top 3 wallets hold about 3 - 4.8 billion PROC then why are all these other wallets needed.  Considering only 2.8 million PROC are circulating.
