Hopefully they will return again... but still disappointing to see a second extended downtime. 
Looks like they are gone, their support profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=833154is inactive since may 25 and there is no any official announcement regarding this downtime.
Last time the site was down for more than 2 weeks without word or notice. They returned then and paid out all due bets and continued to operate paying out some big bets, like the French election, in the mean time.
This time it's only been 1 week. It's possible the owner hasn't even noticed yet, he seemed an honest guy but wasn't the most active at maintaining the site.
