Hey everyone, I noticed that their facebook admin had offline for 2 day already.
And still no response from their support ticket.
I just have one account and never break any rule.
I am afraid that I cannot get my money back.
That's strange, I think user Justforclaim has solved his problem on FB yesterday - try to write them a message there and comment on top post.
