In other words, you need to claim your token manually.
That's by sending zero (0) eth from your ETH account to the same address that you previously send eth to for ppt, with the stated gas limit and data info.
The claim will be instant right after successful confirmation.

I don't use metamask. I only use myetherwallet.
If I am using metamask and don't know how to do the claim with metamask, I will just use my private key at myetherwallet for the claim.
But please be very careful of phishing sites.
