Was that a question to me? It just basically means that if the one has lower trust and/or account rank, they will need to send me first.
However they only need 5€ or equilevant on their card, and they will end up with 10.5€ or so on after the procedure has been done.
Because the affiliate program requires the referral to send at least 25€/$/£ to get the 5€ bonus from circle.
