First of all: take away your ETH from the wallet your gave us privat key. And be careful to do the same next time, because with your privat key person may take your ETH from your wallet.

The message means that you must have 0.01 ETH to get tokens to your wallet from the smart contract. You ask for function, so you should pay for it.
