Finaly got my tokens swept from electrum wallet to counterwallet

hello friend! i also invested using electrum, how do i get the coins if you don't mind helping, i only used electrum for this ico so its new to me.

Create an address on https://wallet.counterwallet.io/#
After you created it, "login" to your address, upper right corner you will se:
- import funds
- from another wallet
- insert private key you of BTC electrum wallet you registred on NVO

this does not work for me. Import (Sweep) Tokens from Another Address just takes for ever and the blockchain explorer tells me:

Unable to decode output address

What does this mean?

EDIT: the NVST has been transfered. although the sweeping thing in counterwallet never finished to "spin".
