What was Monaco price in $/eth during with ICO? Current price tanked a lot 
I want to know do the investors are still in + or not...
Their ICO was $3/MCO. Now it's only worth around $0.8, well, a lot of things happened and will happens, bounties distributed, dump from bounty hunters, and segwit will begin on Aug 1. I want to know do the investors are still in + or not...$0.8 and $3, i don't think investors in + now.
It seems investors will lose out a lot because $3 ICO price is now $0.799140 and #155 on CoinMarketCap
Even the Monaco Card campaign manager left them, I wonder what the reason is??
