The above are not expectations, they are requirements to claim you have a working coin.
Dev is really dropping the ball on being professional here.
That is not an expectation that is a fact.
This coin is basically dead until the dev fixes these issues.
Will note , the dev is making commits almost constantly to the github, but at the moment the coin is unusable and has been so for weeks.
So
for the moment ECC is a dead coin, and that can not be denied.

, currently syncing, release dates just cause frustration if missed, and the Dev is working full time as well as working on ECC in hours between sleeping and earning a living. Before you tell us what you "expect", why not tell us what you have done to help this project. Or, if you have any skills, perhaps offer to assist.
