nowhere at zpool. To be precise, it is not described that you loose double exchange + double-to-quadruple transaction fees when directly mining preferred coin. It is not theft (there are two theft-like cases with me, but I'm not calling it 'theft'... yet), it is fraud.
No it's not. Since 99.99% of the coins cannot be swapped one for another, you will always go through BTC and back to another coin. There cannot be a direct swap when other people mine fir BTC. Then you should also consider the pool can only sell at prices that actually have bids (or realistic prices at least), otherwise it would probably not sell the coins at all. Ask to bid ratio for coins out of top 20 or 50 is always another issue as it can vary greatly. Mean value 10% over bids is just a mindset of unreal expectations when you want to make sure a coin sells. Try swapping some coins, eslecially between exchanges, and learn how great it wirjs when you want it done as fast as you can.
It's a common sense, lacking any knowledge how exchanges work and having unrealistic expectations is just ignorance on your part.
