It has been 2 weeks now that my withdraws have been pending. The Admin and Support ignore my messages so I tested them by making a new account and they replied to the new account. Once I asked him about my withdraw issue he replied once and ignored me after that. He told me my bets were very strange and under investigation for a use of a bug. That was 5 days a go and he hasn't replied to me since. I messaged him today on another account and he replied. Once I asked him for an update on the investigation that I have been waiting very patently for 2 weeks now, he stopped replying to me and hasn't replied for 10 Hrs now. I am getting very annoyed because I don't even know what a "Bug" is and it is taking them 2 weeks to investigate 20 minutes of playing time. I am starting to believe that this site is a scam because if you win to big... $10,000+ in my case... They don't want to pay you and accuse you of "Using a Bug". I would be happy to apologize for calling this site a scam and being negative about it once I receive my Withdraws but until then Luckygames is not a trustworthy site to gamble on.
