There is no delay. A lot of people did not put their bitshares account name on the ICO page so the team was unable to process all the transfers at once.
Yes you're right with that crypviser still making the distribution so that it would be fair to those people who participate to their bounty camp and that is an generous act since they set a time already but still they give some extension to do so. And also cvc doesn't say about the date on when it would be added on certain exchange so the thing is we just need to wait here and let them do their job so that they will easily finish those off without having a pressure for theirselves.
