At this stage I'm not planning on selling any more gold or silver until Gringotts opens, but ALL land and buildings will be sold asap.
Consider snapping up a bargain before Gringotts opens and 'new' money enters the market, I'd like to give those who didn't withdraw during the 'panic' a head start on real estate liquidation 'bargains'.

They're not exactly bargain based prices, but based on their earning potential if/when building payouts resume, they're all still good value. The land and building material costs was substantial (premium real estate 'mining' rigs weren't cheap), and the resale value will only improve from here as the Game recovers. Feel free to make some counter bids!
I've decided after 48 hours or so I'll combine any unsold land & buildings into a real estate trust and sell units (probably 1000), that way smaller players can still own a share in some premium income generating real estate, and I can maximise the funds generated for Gringotts. Maybe we sell 50% of units asap in an auction, then the trust holders can decide the details on how to sell the remaining units.
The more people who have an incentive to see the Game recover and do well, the better!
@KH , it'll be almost impossible to sell all your real estate with so much M locked up in accounts controlled by Risto, there's just not that much liquid M in circulation at the moment for regular players to afford to buy. IMO setting up a property holding company for your real estate assets is a really good idea, but sell it off slowly, otherwise you'll be selling for peanuts and will crash the property market into the ground. At least wait until the ~40%-50% of M that's controlled by Risto is back in circulation before you try and sell.
