Whats the deal with 8Bit's website and downloads?
Info is confusing and spread across multiple sites
Been trying for days now to download the wallet, only source found is dropbox which doesnt work (always over limit)? why no legit github sources?
Things like this discourage potential adopters
would be nice to see some updates and organization with this coin - if it is to be taken seriously

Both should work. The Windows wallet is shared here in the thread multiple times. Search for "mega" in the thread, take the one posted by me. But I would strongly recommend using Linux for this coin (build from source).
As for the questions regarding the chain and explorer, I would leave them for the developer to address...
I still believe the official seednodes and BE should be re-synched to the fork Cryptopia is using, so Bittrex could sync to the longest chain too. Though I understand developers position expressed few posts back, I believe if we abandon the fork used by Cryptopia now (after this burst of activity), we could end up with huge debt to Cryptopia (which we wont be able to cover). Cryptopia is the main exchange now, and we should please it. Sticking to short fork will create issues, and looks like i has not visible benefits for anyone. At least I believe so. Sure dev and community should decide.
