Yes, there are many big expectations on this project because already many people know that how potential the Coindash it. So I think it won't more than 2 days for the ICO because many people kept waiting for Coindash ICO after Adex.

I may have to disagree with you on that. Even If BTC/ETH dip will have an impact on Coindash ICO results, I'm sure It'll be a positive one. Why? Bitcoin and ETH is now cheap again and everyone can buy more BTC in order to participate. It's like getting more for less imo
Yes, you're getting more ETH. But Coindash is not doing 1 eth per certain amount of CDT I believe. If they are, and they choose the price of ETH today at 180 and ETH drops too 130 on ICO date, then yes...it will be profitable to buy ETH at 130 to use in the ICO at 180.
