i don't post often in fact, i don't think ive ever posted before since im happy with just lurking.
ive already got a small investment in your ICO trueflip because i honestly believe in the product, and i would love to invest more if i had the funds.

now the reason for this post is one issue i seem to be having with your service.
i had deposited around .10 btc your wallet/refill address or whatever it is as of now 2 days ago.

i then changed my mind and decided i wanted to put those funds elsewhere instead of gambling them and filled out a withdrawal request to another address for around .10 btc -fees

i have yet, as of 2 days now received my funds. it's only a mere .10 btc but i would be upset if i lost it.
i have asked on the website, i have written an email and received NO response.
then i went and had a look on your own website on the deposits/withdrawal section you have which i believe is for transparency.
while the deposit section appear to be up to date, your withdrawal section has got to be completely incorrect.

which means that nobody withdrew ANY funds between the 10th of July until today the 14th of July.
this is not true, i have ATTEMPTED to withdraw funds on the 11th of July.
