I find the novel ones (new tech) more interesting than the ongoing ones. Many of the ongoing ICOs are still ongoing due to lack of interest. Some of the upcoming ICOs like https://district0x.io/ or https://0xproject.com/ would be worth profiling in that they contain an interesting angle.
