I have figured out how to kick these cards into high gear.

RX 560 4gb Micron, Hynix,and Samsung (New)

16.2Mh/s ETH ~51W
15.9Mh/s ETH and 490Mh/s DCR (dual mining) ~62W
15.9Mh/s EXP ~50W
15.5Mh/s EXP and 470Mh/s DCR (dual mining) ~61W
16.1Mh/s ETC ~51W
15.9Mh/s ETC and 470Mh/s DCR (dual mining) ~60W

So far I have gone for several days stable with this build. It has crashed after 5 days.... but that is considered rock solid for most.

Sapphire RX 560 4gb micron yield the best results. Similar results will be had on all 4gb 560's though. 15+mh.
