When I'm in a bad mood usually I refocus my attention to something positive that requires critical thinking and effort.  When I have completed my task I am happy I was able to redirect my energy into something productive and have a different mind set.  This new perspective helps me understand that the issue at hand was really not worth consuming my emotions.   Shocked
