Price will recover without any doubts it just a phase, and this is not lonely case, whole market is shaken.I'm not an ICO investor, i have bought recently and i will hold, because it is perfect time for buying.
I think right now we're facing such time, when bad ICO projects will just die and never recover. Even very good ICO projects suffer a lot.
Regarding Monaco... I will hold my bits and wait.
