They are actually working on it. In fact, they are working very closely with Cryptopia on the next course of action. At first, I half believed it since they have been saying the same shit for weeks. After a brief chat with Crytopia support, I realised that they are not scammers and the hold up is with Cryptopia as they are busy with server migration( not their fault also). Anyways, it is hard to believe without snapshot of chat.
