I have a couple of questions about the token sale. The guide says to send ETH via MyEtherWallet

1. Gas Limit? the picture shows 200.000 where as the default is 21.000 (The Gas slider for 61Gwei is found fine)

2. When we get the ETH address to send to, how do I get the tokens back?
I can see I should add a custom token, but I don't undrestand how I get my token address?
