We spent quite long time for connecting Coinexchange.io and discussion of ICO date/details, so we decided not to wait and start it now, while the exchanger team has free time.

Pretty sure it means that 40% of the Total Invested funds "BTC" will be placed in a Buy Order so users who would like to exit early have the option of doing so.
