Can an admin create 10K units for Phoenix Trust and transfer to Gringotts[1963] account in preparation for the initial dutch auction?

Great news, Phoenix Trust has appointed mulu (ID: 1258) as trustee, he has full control of the Phoenix Trust account.

The trustee fee is 5% (500 shares), and the Trust is starting off with 300M 'M', plus the remaining property assets from OZ & Hokusai.

He has authority to control all day-to-day operations of the Trust from this moment on.

His mandate is simple:
'in consultation with the shareholders, maximise the return to shareholders of the trust'

What strategy he pursues is up to him!
