I don't think that much impact will come at the price of the Bitcoin due to down of the depp web  because most of the users in the Bitcoin are non deep web users because there are not much things to make money in the deep web and also there are much risk to caught by the government laws and security intelligence , so due to this dear many people are using Bitcoin for better use not for illegal .
Here today I have 8 groups of the Bitcoin and no one of them are in connection with the deep web deals .
So just forget about the deep web ban/unban like things that can never effect the Bitcoin economy .
