Yours looks too comprehensive to add anything.  I knew there are multiple opportunities here but never thought of such a long list... Good job! But then, how many people should one have to arrange all these marketing/PR/advertising activities and where to find them? Are there any dedicated agencies that are good at that or what would you recommend?
