The owner of Villa #4 is selling his property and is very interested in investing some of his portfolio into cryptocurrency.  Therefore we are pursuing selling this property for either 100% or some partial amount in any of a number of different cryptos.  The chef is part of the staff provided by the 5 villa owners (3 occupied at this time), so each owner has the ability to call upon the services of the chef for private dining, entertainment, etc.  It is a very nice private group of homes, accessible by boat only (24 hour boat and captain available for use), and feels very elite and exclusive.  You really can't beat floating in your private pool in your front yard overlooking the beach 5 feet away and the ocean 55 feet away.

While I agree that this board might not be a traditional place to sell real estate, we are just trying to explore the opportunity of selling for bitcoin or related currencies.  I have also made posts on a few Bitcoin-specific real estate sites and we are using a few different realtors as well.  This property is ideal for someone that has unexpectedly made a very large increase in their net worth from cryptocurrency gains.  By buying the property you are fast tracked with Bahamian citizenship (great for tax purposes) and when you are not using the property it provides very nice weekend or monthly income.  Diversification might be very attractive for a newly-minted crypto-millioniare!
