Lol why declining ? I mean yes most of deepweb user is using bitcoin as the payment and currency but it's not really big imo. If deepweb is gone, it will not affect the bitcoin. There are many bitcoin user too outside deepweb. So no need to afraid and bitcoin will still survive without deepweb.
