There are too many cases when judge's verdicts were incorrect.for example there are people who spent 5-10 years in jail,but than they' proved their guiltlessness. We have no right to take away someone's life!! Death penalty is nonsense. when they do it they become criminals too. remember that there is prison,wich is hell on earth.
