are he trying to pay members who will post negatively? did you contact him and ask about that? im so curious too.. i'll try to join though. 
I think that's the point for this task. For making a negative posts at some projects.But, is this even worth the risk? Our account could be damaged forever.

If you lived by the sword you shall die by the sword, those that destroys people because the want to succeed shall also have destruction waiting for them at the point of great success.
Shed the sword and go for dialogue.
Dont pay people to pst negative posts on the other people's thread because what goes around comes around.
