Probably because they don't respond to emails or have given any indication we will actually get their worthless RBC tokens in exchange for our worthless Amber. I know I have contacted them with no response, and others have as well. If they actually cared about the shareholders at all they wouldn't be acting like a shady guy in a dark alley going 'Hey kids, want to exchange your Amber?'. I would be thrilled to get something of value for my investment, but thus far there doesn't seem sufficient evidence to say it's worth my time. Presumably some users have tried to exchange theirs, with no posts here that the process was successful.
