Anyway, about the law and speaking as a student of the law as well. Whatever jurisdiction you are in, it may not be the same applicable laws where the person you are giving advice to is. So giving them advice could possibly be incorrect and could prove to be something that would make things worse. It would be better if you indicate where you are practicing law and if you are indeed a lawyer.
LOL You are a student of law as well. Legal advice is all he is offering. He is not saying that he is the end all be all worldwide attorney. He is simply offering advice to those who maybe need to be steered in the right direction. People that are desperate for law advice I am sure do not care where it is coming from any how if they are searching forums for it... Come on now
