What happens after the swap?

1) Rise will be on a new and improved blockchain which opens the way for the implementation of true DAPP support.

2) Delegate System will be activated for the community. As an immediate result every RISE holder can earn daily
RISE rewards via the Delegate Voting system. You either become an active delegate yourself and earn 427 RISE a day
or you vote for a delegate that has a profit sharing plan. Either way, if you own Rise you will be able to earn.
