These are very difficult times for us. We obviously lost your confidence, we have been accused of being thieves and suffered thousands of personal insults. But regardless of that we are still here. We can't control your thoughts and believes but only ask you to hear us out. We did a mistake, a mistake that cost us dearly and damaged a work spreaded over almost an entire year. mentally speaking this is a blow that not everyone can handle but we are all still here trying to make things right. What exactly happened during the hack is still being investigated as we speak, both by cyber security authorities and private 3rd party hired by the company. when we will get the reports with the findings so does you.

We have considered several ways to continue from here. Unfortunately for some here, refunds are off the table. We currently hold approximately half of the amount that was contributed to the project. We are taking full responsibility of the situation and can't ignore some of the community that invested into the hacker address. Everyone will get the tokens they intended to get at first place. This is what we committed to do and this is what will happen. The exact distribution method is being finalized and hopefully announced today.

We were blessed with your support for almost a year. The last two days had been a nightmare for us and above all we lost your confidence. We are all here for the long run and are devoted to do whatever it takes to gain your trust again and protecting your contribution value.
No matter what the hack investigation will come up with, we obviously made a mistake securing our site during the sale. Our product is still intact and is still running. If you believed it before there is no real reason for it to stop now. If we want to fully recover we need you to stay with us and get this token its true value back again. The token price will fall only if you stop believing and hurry to get rid of it. so it is really up to you now.

Hopefully with your support we can put this unfortunate mistake behind and continue our journey.

Listen to your community once! You have our ETH! Let those who want a refund refund their CDT for ETH. Keep the rest ETH for the development. It is not like everyone will decide to use the option of buyback!!! After that give the coins do people who sent to the wrong address. Simple solution that is backed up by like almost everyone here and the only one that leaves you with both money and trust. Currently you have no trust and you will be damned in crypto community if you run away with people's ETH. Fix things now! The community is giving you simple solution that will give you both money and trust. If you are not scammers like many people are saying, simply do this.

You keep mentioning "What the community wants" but actually speaks from interest. The whitelist community is actually relatively small. small but very loud. As we said hundred of times now we are accounted for everybody, we can't give only some an opportunity to draw back and leave the others depending on their mercy.

You're incompetent to secure your website.
You're incompetent to find the best solution for your company.
You're incompetent to listen to your community.
You ignore and continue to ignore any solution and stick by with the same phrase of ""we can't give only some an opportunity to draw back and leave the others depending on their mercy". This is your sucker line which you're praying people listen to and jump on board with you. We can see straight through it.

The people who sent it to the fake/hacker address are not being left on their mercy at all. If you actually open your eyes you will see there have been multiple options for you to consider regarding this.

- Provide the option to whitelist participants for ETH refund, since you have their fucking ETH! (If you provide the second option, then this option wouldn't be used as much)
- Burn either all tokens that have been refunded OR burn Half and use the other as rewards for those who sent it to the hacker address OR use all the tokens from the refund to distribute to those who sent to hacker.
- Or maybe host another token sale to get the supporters you need, rather than the current ones that have lost trust in you. (After the ETH refund of course).

Devs you really do have a bad background project development in terms of scams and hacks... and with this happening it's honestly not looking good at all. You supposedly scammed many in getgems aswell as paykey, as that's what alot have been saying and linking threads too.

My friend was involved in this tokensale so I want to help him as much as possible aswell, and all this shit storm is bad for ETH in general since it tarnishes crypto from non-stop news articles relating to how "crypto" is used to scam which it's not!
