That's the expanse reserve. It's been used to fund the EBS reward system and developmental cost.

Hi Dev team;
The explaination wasn't convinced at all. Why did not The EXP's Dev team inform this information in the beginning? I dont get it why until now when this man post the proof of 9.000.000 EXP has been premine then you're telling us that these 9 million EXP is reserved?
Would you please make it clear when these 9,000,000 EXP are going to be used? And how it's gonna effect the miners??
