we have an announcement to post, but it seams that all newbes have the posts not rendering like it should, what should i do ?

We also would like to announce however I am told there is no way to post images, etc. until Jr. Member status. Is there a credible way to have someone post for us? Or any suggestion on how to go about this in the best manner? Thanks for your help.
