Price is always determined by demand, now demand is lower due to multiple reasons, mostly because of BTC. When Team delivers first cards and application, situation will change rapidly. As investment Monaco is now perfect, you just need to hold few months and you can be rewarded very nicely! just do not fall on empty talks here, make decisions based on your personal investigation.
In my opinion, I still waiting Monaco complete next target of their roadmap, if after August 31 and first week September the price of Monaco still around @30k sat, I think choose sell all for keep safe my funds before it become to scam project
